Job Overview: The role of the HR Admin Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with day- to- day HR operations. This role helps ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent internal customer service.
Essential Responsibilities:
โข Share relevant new hire details with the necessary departments
โข Communicate details regarding general information about the company and position including: work schedules, dress code, parking options, etc.
โข Redirect specific HR questions regarding benefits and/or salary to the appropriate parties, and handles general inquiries
โข Maintain, update, and upload company shared documents related to employees and HR files for tracking
โข Monitor equipment and track returns from past employees
โข Assist with follow up on performance metrics
โข Assist with new employee HR orientation training
โข Track referral bonuses/incentive programs
โข Complete all required paperwork and track all access suspensions and reactivations for new hires
โข Create and suspend access to platforms or softwares as needed
โข Keep HR files up to date as updates and changes come in
โข Assist with exit interviews for separating employees as needed
โข Update directory weekly including reassignments
โข Create and provide department reports, especially recurring ones
โข Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies, procedures, and the industry standards
โข Participate in mandatory meetings and other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
Requirements

โข Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
โข Ability to infuse positivity into the workforce
โข Must have strong Microsoft office skills, especially excel and outlook
โข An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
โข Organizational skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education, Experience and Licenses:
โข
- This position is remote, but requires the employee to reside within the Tri- State Area
- Experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Administrative support, or a related field
- General Office experience
