Job description

Clausen Miller P.C. seeks an experienced Accounting Managerto serve as a key financial leader and strategic business partner within our growing organization. This role reports to our CFO and is responsible for financial management, reporting accuracy, internal controls, cash flow oversight, and operational decision support.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a hands-on, business-oriented mindset. This individual will drive financial performance, accountability, process improvement, and operational excellence while partnering closely with leadership across the organization.

An integral role within the Accounting department responsibilities will involve: Month-end and year-end close, reporting packages. and participation in multiple audits. Management of internal controls and policies while working cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

  • Manage Accounting staff
  • Oversee and report on large projects and accounts with visibility to the leadership team.
  • Facilitate month end close and annual audits
  • Identify, create, and maintain internal controls
  • All decisions and adjustments related to the commercial balance sheet
Experience or skills Needed To Be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or CPA
  • 5-6 years of experience
  • Team player who can work and communicate with all levels of employees
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PPT, ERP
