  • Design and deliver Finance, Risk, and Compliance data strategies and governance approaches that allow for new insights and executive decision-making and enable AI evolution.
  • Establish transparency into the way data moves through the organization to provide leaders with greater trust in their information.
  • Develop and implement effective data quality and control frameworks.
  • Create approaches to modernize the Finance, Risk, and Compliance data landscape, instituting data product models and defining AI-enabled architectures.
  • Converse with business, risk, data and technology client executives to connect
  • Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first.
  • Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows.
  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
  • Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' businesses - and ours

Travel: Travel as needed based on client expectations.

Here's what you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Risk and Regulatory Management consulting from a competitive firm.
  • 5+ years working in Finance, Risk and Regulatory Compliance with experience in one or more of the following:
    • Data Strategy and Governance: Defining functional and enterprise data strategies, establishing and implementing data governance frameworks, aligning with regulatory expectations and industry leading practices.
    • Data Transparency: Mapping functional and technical movement and transformation of data throughout the data lifecycle, while capturing metadata, advising on tooling and automation.
    • Data Quality and Controls: Defining quality and control frameworks, implementing data controls, and establishing quality metrics.
    • Data Modernization: Creating Finance and Risk data products, advising on Finance, Risk and Compliance functions in the cloud, and modernizing legacy data and analytical tool sets, enabling the use of AI.
    • Functional Relevance:
      • Finance: forecasting and planning, balance sheet management, treasury management
      • Risk: financial risk management; non-financial risk management including technology risk, third party, resiliency, enterprise & operational risk; risk governance
      • Compliance: Financial Crime - AML, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring; Fraud, consumer protection
  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if:

  • GenAI experience
  • Experience working in Financial Services
  • For banking, capital markets and/or insurance industries, working knowledge of data regulation across regimes such as BCBS, Dodd Frank, FBO, FINRA, SEC, FinCEN, OCC, FDIC, CCAR, etc.
