Job Summary:
Orion180 is a company dedicated to delivering an exceptional insurance experience through innovative technology and customer service. They are seeking a Product Owner to act as a subject-matter expert, translating business requirements into user stories and managing the product backlog, while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements. Understand the business context, compliance implications, and user impact of every request.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with specific, testable acceptance criteria. Make sure stories include the 'what' and 'why' so technical teams can determine the 'how.'

• Provide progress updates, sprint demos, and release communications to business stakeholders. Maintain transparency on delivery status and timeline changes.
• Pursue Product Owner certification if not already held. Attend training to sharpen requirements gathering, story writing, and backlog management skills.

• Strong ability to dig into business processes, ask the right questions, and produce precise requirements.
• Excellent written documentation skills. Ability to produce clear, detailed user stories and business requirements documents.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, clarify priorities, and gain alignment across business and technical teams.

• Works under the Sr PO's guidance on prioritization and stakeholder management for Product Owner.
