Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW: You're an Ad Operations Manager who gets as excited about a perfectly optimized bid strategy as you do a campaign that blows past its benchmarks.

You're fluent in MarTech stacks - DSPs, programmatic tools, bid management, pixel configuration, creative optimization. Not just tools you use. The language you think in. When a targeting strategy clicks, you understand it. When campaign performance lags, you're already on it.

As Ad Operations Manager, you'll own the technical execution of digital campaigns - building, configuring, and optimizing across platforms to deliver real results for clients. You'll work closely with both media and account service team members to ensure every plan is executed with precision - ensuring platforms don't just perform; they dominate.

If you're ready to put that expertise to work at a place that takes the idea as seriously as the execution, we want to talk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Programmatic and paid social campaign management
  • Trafficking and QA of assets, set-up and optimization of programmatic campaigns
  • Management of reporting dashboard integrations, other ad tech platform integrations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years agency experience in digital marketing
  • In-platform experience building, configuring and optimizing digital advertising campaigns

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive salary based on experience. Benefits package includes: fully paid health, dental, life and disability insurance (for individuals and families), 401k program, paid downtown parking, paid home internet access, and more.
