Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our senior leadership team.
  • This role requires a meticulous individual who can efficiently manage complex schedules, track and monitor key assignments, organize compelling presentations, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assignment and due date tracking:
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking executive assignments, key projects, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives, providing regular updates to executives on status and potential roadblocks.
  • Compile data, track legislation, and assist leadership and teams with special projects as needed.
  • Presentation organization and preparation:
  • Responsibilities include preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, collaborating to gather information and create visual aids, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items, and ensuring necessary materials are available before meetings.
  • Communication and administrative support:
