Position Summary
The Kenan-Flagler Facilities team is seeking a Building Operations Assistant to support daily functions across the Kenan-Flagler business School campus (Kenan Center, McColl Building, and Bell Hall). This position involves a great deal of independent work. Tasks include but are not limited to light maintenance, light housekeeping, and some event management. 
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency.
Management Preferences
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic maintenance skills
Special Physical/Mental Requirements
Ability to climb a ladder, move up to 50 pounds, bend, work in tight spaces, and stand or walk for long periods. Duties to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
