Addison Group is partnering with a well-established professional services organization to hire an Operations Assistant. This role supports a fast-paced office environment and plays a key part in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Job Description:
The Operations Assistant is a hands-on role responsible for supporting office operations across several functional areas, including print and digital services, facilities coordination, front desk support, and mailroom logistics. This individual will be a go-to resource for internal teams, ensuring a seamless and professional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle print and digital production requests, including managing job tickets, operating office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners), and ensuring accurate processing and tracking
  • Assist with general office operations such as workspace setup, conference room preparation, minor repairs, and office reconfigurations
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
  • Provide front desk and guest support, including greeting visitors, managing access, and assisting with meeting room scheduling
  • Support safety initiatives by assisting with office preparedness efforts, trainings, and compliance-related activities
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and building management for facility-related needs
  • Monitor shared communication channels and respond to internal requests in a timely, service-oriented manner
