Follow Shad on LinkedIn at #chalkboardtalk for videos on his open roles in the Houston Marketplace. Shad and his Team are working with a PE Backed Client in the Deer Park, Texas area that is adding to the team with a  Operational Accounting Manager. This role reporting into the Controller will have a peer who leads the general ledger Function. This role will be a working leader role that will have a couple of team members reporting into the role. This person should have a mastery of the balance sheet and be a champion for AP operations and AR and Cash.  This person should have working knowledge and be able to demonstrate knowledge of Sum/ifs, V/X Lookups and other Microsoft Excel tools.  A Candidate that who is a Senior Accountant that is ready to step up into the next step will considered for this opportunity. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or financial, 5 plus year’s accounting, ERP Experience a plus and Mastery of Excel a must. Company's compensation make up is base salary, discretionary bonus and benefits.
