Accounting Manager at SOL....
As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting, procurement, and month-end close activities while partnering with leadership, clinicians, practice teams, and vendors. You'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations accurate, efficient, and aligned with SOL's mission and values.
What You'll Do
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Manage payroll accounting, bank and credit card reconciliations, benefits, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, accruals, and intercompany activity
  • Oversee expense management, invoice approvals, procurement, and payments
  • Prepare monthly financials and support P&L and Board reporting
  • Support tax filings, audits, and year-end reporting and budgeting
  • Partner with Finance and Operations leaders across SOL's markets to improve processes and support growth
  • Collaborate with external vendors and outsourced partners
  • Provide Finance leadership support as needed
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations
  • Contribute to a collaborative, proactive, and positive team culture

Compensation | The estimated base salary for this role is $90,000-$100,000 annually, with additional bonus potential.
This position is hybrid - being mostly remote but with the ability to go into the corporate office in Cherry Creek occasionally.
