Sr. Engineer (Win10) The Windows 10 System Engineer is focused on the installation, configuration and deployment of Windows 10. Experience with Windows OS, Group Policy, Use of tools for Operating System Troubleshooting (e.g. Event Log, Wireshark), Upgrade Troubleshooting, Knowledge of AD / DNS, Knowledge of Power Shell, Knowledge of software distribution and ability to quickly triage problems are key. This position will serve as an escalation point for Windows 10 deployments and upgrades. Servers as a liaison with other technology teams to ensure build and upgrade issues are resolved. Customer service skills are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
