We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Operating Room Coordinator to join our premier plastic surgery practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
  • Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
  • 3–5 years of operating room experience preferred, with plastic surgery experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Professional, positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
