This role is responsible for clinical excellence, physician collaboration, employee engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across procedural and perioperative services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab & EP Lab operations
  • Mentor and develop perioperative leaders and clinical staff
  • Drive quality, patient safety, and performance improvement
