Position Summary

Health100 is an AI-powered healthcare engagement platform built to reduce complexity and improve outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem. As an independent subsidiary of CVS Health, Health100 operates as a technology platform company designed to scale across partners and enterprise clients.

The Role in Context

This role is responsible for building and scaling the partner growth engine for Health100 as part of the broader platform marketing system. It will define how the platform is positioned, sold, and adopted across priority partner audiences, including employers and commercial clients, health plans and PBMs, pharmacies, pharma and life sciences companies, and digital health partners. The role operates in a startup-like environment and requires flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the end-to-end partner growth strategy and execution, driving demand generation, pipeline development, and partner adoption
  • Define and evolve the Health100 B2B narrative and value proposition across priority partner audiences
  • Develop audience-specific positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials for priority partner segments, including employers, health plans and PBMs, pharmacies, pharma and life sciences companies, and digital health partners
  • Build and scale demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs in partnership with Sales and Commercial Teams
  • Own and scale the sales enablement system, including messaging, tools, and materials that support deal progression
  • Build and continuously optimize a scalable partner growth engine using performance data and insights
  • Develop high-quality, executive-ready and sales-facing materials, including presentations and strategic narratives
  • Build and scale the partner marketing function, including team, operating model, and core capabilities
  • Serve as the primary connection point between Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Define and own success metrics tied to pipeline, deal progression, and partner adoption
  • Operate as a hands-on leader, contributing directly to strategy and content creation

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B, product, or technology marketing, with a focus on enterprise or platform offerings
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling marketing teams, functions, and go-to-market models
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, drive demand generation, and support sales enablement
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to create clear, high-quality presentations and sales materials
  • Experience managing outside agency partners and cross-functional marketing relationships.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, build-mode environments
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach with a hands-on, resourceful approach
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating within complex, regulated, or highly matrixed environments, ideally while building or scaling net-new capabilities
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$131,500.00 - $303,195.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
