WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Business Manager to the CEO & COO serves as a strategic advisor and trusted business partner, enabling executive decision-making and organizational effectiveness. Beyond providing executive support, this role drives prioritization of strategic initiatives, synthesizes business information into actionable insights, anticipates issues, and ensures critical decisions are supported with timely, accurate information. Acting as the central point of coordination across the organization, the Business Manager helps executives focus on high-value decisions, strategic execution, and business growth.ย 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

ย  ย Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the President & CEO and COO
ย  ย Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business, financial, legal, and personnel information
ย  ย Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, evaluating, prioritizing, and directing requests to ensure executive attention is focused on the highest-value business priorities.ย 
ย  ย Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, reports, and meeting agendas in both English and Korean as required
ย  ย Partner with the President & CEO and COO to prioritize competing initiatives, meetings, and business requests based on strategic value, business impact, and urgency
ย  ย Monitor strategic initiatives, executive commitments, and critical business decisions to ensure timely execution, accountability, and issue escalationย 
ย  ย Analyze Executive KPI's metrics and prepare executive dashboards highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to support strategic decision-making. Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and stakeholders
ย  ย Coordinate and book all the President & CEO's and COO's travel (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas where required, and detailed itineraries
ย  ย Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports in compliance with corporate policies
ย  ย Serve as the authorized delegate for expense and timeoff approvals on behalf of the President & CEO and COO
ย  ย Support preparation for executive meetings, including agenda coordination, material distribution, minutetaking, and followup on action items
ย  ย Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and offsites (venues, technology, catering, materials)
ย  ย Provide proactive decision support by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing business information, risks, and recommendations to facilitate executive decision-making.
ย  ย Identify opportunities to improve executive decision-making processes, governance, workflows, and organizational effectiveness.ย 
ย  ย Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment across business functions to support executive priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

ย  ย 7+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
ย  ย Completion of a Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
ย  ย Fluently bilingual in English and Korean (spoken and written)
ย  ย Exceptional organizational, planning, and timemanagement skills
ย  ย Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and external audiences
ย  ย High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
ย  ย Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fastpaced environment
ย  ย Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders
ย  ย Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)

Hiring Range: $99,100 - $128,700

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.

Starting salary is typically offered in the lower to mid portion of the range, with placement determined by the successful candidate's skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience may be considered for compensation up to the maximum of the range.
