Job Description Sales Coordinator Salary: Up to 30,000 + Annual Bonus Location: Uxbridge Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for providing excellent customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator for an exciting opportunity in Uxbridge. This role focuses on managing new orders, maintaining client relations, and supporting the internal team with complex spare parts enquiries.

About the Role: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing order processing, coordinating upgrades, and working closely with customers to ensure high levels of service. You will also handle stock management responsibilities and collaborate with various internal teams to support overall company operations.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for incoming calls, handling enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate the processing orders, including invoicing and documentation. Oversee customer delivery schedules and liaise with service departments to ensure smooth installations.

Manage and monitor stock levels, collaborating with the store personnel for effective inventory control. Conduct regular reviews to ensure adequate stock is maintained. Support weekend operations by covering the Out of Hours Support on-call rota once a month (additional pay is offered for this).

Maintain professional attendance, adherence to health & safety, and a positive company image at all times. Key Skills Required: Proven commercial experience and an understanding of how to approach sales with a technical element. Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skills and experience working with customer management systems (e.g., CRM or SAP)

Proactive attitude with a can-do mindset, especially when facing challenges. Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent customer care. Strong communication skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
