Job description

The Chief Operating Officer will lead operations across a diverse portfolio of assets and businesses. The portfolio includes commercial real estate, land holdings, hotels, casinos, and established operating businesses, with an active strategy of acquiring, operating, improving, holding, and selling assets.

This is a high-impact executive role for a proven operator who thrives in an entrepreneurial, owner-led environment and can translate vision into disciplined execution. The COO will serve as the Owner’s key operating executive, overseeing day-to-day business performance, driving accountability across the organization, and helping maximize value across a dynamic and diversified portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-asset portfolio including commercial real estate, hospitality, gaming, land, and operating businesses.
  • Report directly to the Owner in order to execute strategic priorities, evaluate opportunities, and drive performance.
  • Oversee asset and business operations with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Improve organizational structure, reporting, internal processes, and management accountability.
  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, integration, and transition planning.
  • Partner with finance, legal, operations, and external advisors to manage risk and execute effectively.
  • Help identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, redevelopment, repositioning, or monetization.
  • Senior executive with significant experience as a COO, President, EVP, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in commercial real estate, hospitality, gaming, private investments, and/or diversified operating businesses.
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, principal-led private company environment.
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic skill set.
  • Experienced in managing complex assets, teams, and transactions.
  • Highly discreet, accountable, hands-on, and execution oriented.
  • Based in Southern Nevada or willing to relocate.
