Burlington, ON | Full-Time | 2/2/3 Rotating Shift

Fuze HR is hiring a 3rd Class Refrigeration Operator for a large, stable food production facility in Burlington. This is a hands-on role supporting critical plant systems — ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, keeping equipment running, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Monitor, operate, and maintain refrigeration, boiler, HVAC, and utility systems

  • Able to read blueprints and work with standard maintenance tools
