Night Auditor – Holiday Inn Brookfield, WIHoliday Inn Brookfield is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours while ensuring smooth front desk operations and completing daily financial reconciliation.
 
The Night Auditor plays an important role in maintaining guest service standards, operational accuracy, and compliance with IHG brand standards and the IHG One Rewards loyalty program.
 
Position OverviewThe Night Auditor is responsible for managing the front desk during overnight hours, assisting guests, balancing the hotel’s daily financial transactions, and preparing reports for the next business day.
 
This role combines guest service responsibilities with accounting and operational duties to ensure the hotel’s daily operations close accurately and efficiently.
 
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
• Welcome and assist late-night arrivals and overnight guests
• Provide professional check-in and check-out services
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests during overnight hours
 
IHG One Rewards Loyalty Program
• Recognize and deliver benefits for IHG One Rewards members
• Ensure loyalty members receive proper recognition during check-in
• Promote and enroll guests in the IHG One Rewards loyalty program when appropriate
• Deliver service that reflects the hospitality standards of an IHG brand hotel
