Job Description Summary

As part of our Compliance, Supervision, Risk & Audit (CSRA) IT Team, Senior Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business and IT driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. You will lead the end-to-end analysis process, from requirements gathering and documentation to solution validation and implementation support. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned systems and business domains.

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of business and functional requirements for complex technology initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate test cases, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

  • Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and technical/user documentation.

  • Support production issue triage and resolution

  • Apply project management, change control, and issue tracking best practices throughout the project lifecycle.


Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related degree and five (5) years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience.

  • Proven ability to elicit & document business requirements, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams.

  • Proficient in data analysis, testing support, and issue triaging.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including defining scope, monitoring deliverables, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs.

  • Experience with tools like SQL, TFS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Visio, and Postman a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between projects as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

  • Experience with Compliance/Risk Management based software implementations, specifically OpenPages, BC in the Cloud, or Everbridge 360 a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for documentation and productivity is desirable.
