As a Senior OpenLink Developer, you will play a key role in delivering strategic technology initiatives for our energy clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams to design, configure, and enhance OpenLink solutions that support trading, risk, and operational objectives. This role requires strong technical capability, business analysis expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink solutions to meet client business and operational requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and platform improvements
  • Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and provide ongoing user support throughout delivery lifecycles
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, OpenLink Developer, or techno-functional consultant
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and extending OpenLink platforms in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
  • Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field
