Job description

A key Optimus client is seeking an experienced Endur Solution Architect to lead architecture across Oil Liquids trading platforms within the Trading & Supply organization. This role combines solution architecture, end-to-end architecture, and integration leadership to support the implementation and evolution of a global Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) platform. The architect will ensure scalable, secure, and standards-aligned solutions while enabling the transformation of trading capabilities through cloud, data, and modern architecture practices.
To be considered, candidates must have proven, hands' on experience with Openlink Endur Implementations (v14+) and experience architecting large-scaled trading platforms.
NOTE: Per our client's specifications, candidates are required to be US Citizens, Green Card holders, or independently authorized to work in the US. We are unable to provide H1, F1, OTC, etc visa sponsorship at this time.

Required Experience / Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Trading IT and architecture roles
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Openlink Endur (v14+) and ETRM implementations. (REQUIRED) (including All 'Managers', Domain Services, Operation Services, TPM, APM, Grid Setup, Deal Modelling)
  • Expert in JVS and OpenComponents
  • Exposure to SAP HANA, Salesforce, API management, Multifactor authentication
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle from deal capture through settlement. (REQUIRED)
  • Experience architecting large-scale trading platforms and integrations in cloud environments (Azure preferred). (REQUIRED)
  • Experience integrating ETRM platforms with enterprise applications such as SAP or Salesforce (preferred)
  • Hands-on development experience with technologies such as Python, .NET/.NET Core, Node.js, or similar. (preferred)
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Azure Services & Integration: Significant experience with Azure Functions, Web Apps, distributed/event-driven architecture (event hub, event bus, Kafka), ELK - AND Intermediate to advanced exposure to Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, CosmosDB, Azure SQL.
  • Integration experience with Confluent/Kafka, API Management, Logic Apps
  • Expertise designing: microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud-native applications.
  • Strong data architecture experience including data pipelines, warehousing, and distributed data platforms.
  • 5+ years' Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform, similar technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to lead architectural decisions across complex environments.
  • Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks (preferred)
