Job description

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Overnight Retailer Merchandisers for a 5-day project in Kent, WA paying $19/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels and documenting progress using our app.

  • Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break)
  • Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early

Responsibilities
  • Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify all materials are included
  • Remove paper price tags from store shelves
  • Install new strips, electronic shelf labels, and associated tags in designated departments
  • Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster
  • Palletize excess materials for pickup

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
  • Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
  • Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
  • Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
