With roots as radiopharmaceutical couriers, we understand the importance of precision as well as the margin of error that is considered in making both safe and dependable deliveries. We have maintained these strict standards and adherence to time-critical deadlines throughout our network.

1099-contractors drive the delivery of time-sensitive and life-saving therapies and diagnostics to our customers. Contractor Sought Life Couriers is looking for a dependable and professional Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat Endorsement contractor courier for the following: Routed Deliveries - Varying routes that normally have a set recurring schedule to them. **NOTE: routes may change unexpectedly based on customer needs STAT/On-Demand - Pickups and rush orders dispatched from a route manager or customer Backup/Standby - Last-minute fill-in for routes due to increase in daily volume Services Sought For this contract, you will be picking up and delivering pharmaceuticals, medical therapies, generators, and medical supplies.

Coverage Sought Reliable independent contractors with an SUV, minivan, sprinter van, or cargo van and availability to run orders: Sunday-Friday 4pm-6am Contractor Commissions Earned in one or more of the following ways: per mile, per route, per stop (plus variable fuel surcharge in some of our markets) Earned weekly through our third-party pay administrator Openforce Specific commission details to be discussed in the pre-contracting process Requirements for Contract Per insurance requirements, eligible contractors will be between 21 and 75 years of age Have valid and current Commercial Driver's License Class A, B, or C Have valid and current DOT Hazmat Endorsement Have valid and current DOT Med Card Attentive to detail Be able to consistently lift up to 100 lbs Have available hours of service to cover the required availability noted above for this contract Live within 25 miles to zip code 75001 Own a reliable and registered SUV, minivan, sprinter van, or cargo van that would be used for this contract (2011 or newer) Have and maintain state minimum requirements for bodily injury and property damage as primary auto insurance At your choice: maintain your own qualifying workers' compensation insurance or enroll in the available Occupational Accident Insurance program for a weekly fee Sign up with an EIN as a company OR with a US Social Security Number as a sole proprietorship Be able to complete contractor-qualifying screenings and online delivery preparation modules Have a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last three years Have an iPhone or Android smartphone to use for GPS order tracking and order scanning Willing to drive in inclement weather to service our customers Adherence to customer required professional appearance standards: Solid black, gray, or light blue polo shirt Solid colored, clean, khaki or jean pants (athletic wear is not recommended) Comfortable shoes/boots (avoid flip-flops, high heels, sandals) 1099-Contractor ID prominently displayed (supplied by Life Couriers) Contracting with Life Couriers Our 1099 contracts are offered to interested and qualifying contractors on a first come, first served basis.
