Are you looking for a positive, fast-paced, and rewarding career in the heart of the city? A brand-new Chick-fil-A restaurant is opening its doors downtown in Campus Martius, and we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Front-of-House (FOH) Team!

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our opening team, setting the standard for excellent service from day one at a prime location. No experience is necessary!

Open Interviews All Week! Come Meet the Team!

Position Responsibilities

As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you will:

  • Provide "Second-mile" customer service at Chick-fil-A's highest standard.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and operate the cash register system.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.

  • Effectively collaborate with team members and various positions.

Requirement: Black, non-slip restaurant shoes are required.

Position Qualifications (Who We're Looking For)
