Job description

Interested in shaping how millions of customers discover and engage with credit card rewards on Amazon? We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead discovery and customer engagement efforts for Shop with Points (SWP) across on and off-Amazon marketing channels. This role is ideal for a high-performing marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can develop marketing strategies with a high bar for creative, messaging, channel selection, and audience segmentation.
You will drive discovery and customer engagement for Shop with Points - Amazon's rewards redemption experience, partnering with financial institutions like American Express, Discover, and many more. You will build an annual marketing plan, champion initiatives to open up new and existing digital channels for SWP, and scale to deliver results. Key channels include Amazon.com, financial partner channels, paid media, and more. You will build partnerships with data science, visual design, and product managers within the Payments organization and across Amazon. The role requires creativity and a focus on scale - you will build and execute customer-focused messaging and campaigns for a growing list of partners. You will define the right message, at the right time, to encourage customers to discover and use their credit card rewards at checkout and beyond. In parallel, you will maintain attention to regulatory and compliance requirements. You will dive into the data, track performance of your initiatives, course-correct, and scale to deliver results. You will share discovery and engagement results on an ongoing basis with senior leaders within Amazon and bank partners.
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. To be successful, you need to be a strong communicator who earns trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams. You will influence other teams as you build business cases to open new channels for Shop with Points. If you are organized, analytical, and data-driven with an interest in owning your roadmap end to end, this is a great role for you. We are seeking a detail-oriented marketer to drive new product launches and feature rollouts on Amazon, and optimize results by testing and learning with various messages and channels.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment
