YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.


As the Bartender, you will serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Take customers' food and drink orders
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
  • Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
  • Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
  • Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
  • You have legible handwriting
  • You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
  • You have a valid Operator's License

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

  • You have wine experience and/or certification
  • You have one year bartending experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
