Propio is hiring a remote Offshore Recruiter, who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill onsite interpreter positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages.
  • Develop and maintain interpreter relationships across the United States population.
  • Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Onsite Recruiting Manager to increase interpreter engagement.
  • Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department
  • Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards
  • Using the ATS system, effectively manage candidate applications and flow
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Detail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in a high-volume recruitment role
  • Previous experience working in a metrics driven environment
  • Previous experience working in the language services industry a plus
