Proven experience preferably in logistics; operations; or supply chain environments

Roles & Responsibilities
Contracts Program Manager Supplier/Vendor Management (Onsite)
• Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers
• Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
• Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
• Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely execution
• Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement/transactions
• Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables
• Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operations
• Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle
Basic Requirements:
• Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking, prioritization, stakeholder coordination)
• Experience working with supplier/vendor contracts and SOWs
• Familiarity with Icertis and legal/contract workflows (CELA) preferred
• PST support. Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week
