Job Description:

  1. Serve as the PMO representative for assigned projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and change management strategies
  2. Lead the change management team providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  3. 2 Prosci Tools Management
  4. Utilize Prosci methodologies and tools to assess business readiness manage stakeholders and mitigate risks
  5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational readiness and minimize resistance to change
  6. 3 Communication Planning
  7. Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders through the change process
  8. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and address stakeholder concerns effectively
  9. Collaboration with IT for Role Mapping and Training Alignment
  10. Partner with IT departments to map current and future roles ensure clarity with roles and expectations
  11. Align training programs with role requirements facilitating smooth transition and skill development
  12. 5 Case for Change and Benefits Identification
  13. Lead the development of a case for change highlighting the benefits by personal
  14. Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable benefits and success criteria for change initiatives
  15. 6 Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Mitigation

Qualifications
