Description
We are seeking a strategic and experience Organizational Change Lead to guide our organization through transformative initiatives This role involves representing the PMO for key projects managing Prosci tools for business readiness stakeholder management and risk mitigation and leading the change management team The ideal candidate will excel in creating comprehensive communication plans collaborating with IT for role mapping and training alignment and developing compelling cases for change and associated benefits
Key Responsibilities
PMO representation and Change Leadership
Serve as the PMO representative for assigned projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and change management strategies
Lead the change management team providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
2 Prosci Tools Management
Utilize Prosci methodologies and tools to assess business readiness manage stakeholders and mitigate risks
Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational readiness and minimize resistance to change
3 Communication Planning
Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders through the change process
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and address stakeholder concerns effectively
Collaboration with IT for Role Mapping and Training Alignment
Partner with IT departments to map current and future roles ensure clarity with roles and expectations
Align training programs with role requirements facilitating smooth transition and skill development
5 Case for Change and Benefits Identification
Lead the development of a case for change highlighting the benefits by personal
Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable benefits and success criteria for change initiatives
6 Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Mitigation
Identify and engage key stakeholders fostering support and addressing concerns proactively
Implement risk mitigation strategy to address potential challenges and ensure successful change adoption
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Human Resources or a related field
5 years experience in organizational change management with a focus on project management and stakeholder management
Proficiency with Prosci methodology and tools
Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Familiarity with role mapping and SAP S4HANA is preferred
