About the Role

As a Registered Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide professional, compassionate care while supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being. You'll collaborate closely with teammates, residents, and families using sound clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for nurses who value empathy, teamwork, and meaningful connections.


Schedule & Pay
  • RN Pay: $36-$41/hour (based on experience)

  • LPN Pay: $31-$36/hour (based on experience)

  • Shifts: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM or 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

  • Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus


What You'll Do
  • Promote safety, comfort, and dignity for every resident

  • Communicate effectively with families, residents, and the care team

  • Document accurately according to regulatory standards

  • Support a positive, respectful, team-centered environment

  • Follow Pines of Sarasota policies and the Nurse Practice Act


What You'll Need
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Valid Florida RN or LPN License

  • 6+ months of nursing experience in long-term care preferred
