The Account Manager will act as an internal advocate for OxBlue's clients, proactively communicating with strategic accounts to drive increased revenue, engagement, satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will work with OxBlue's internal teams to address customer feedback, assist with customer learning, and focus on establishing a network of relationships.

As an Account Manager you will:
  • Engage with clients post-sale, creatively adding value throughout the life cycle to grow share of wallet penetration
  • Interact with clients to understand their reasons for purchasing OxBlue
  • Discover new revenue opportunities with client contact, other individuals within customer and/or stakeholders on project
  • Increase client retention and growth by conducting regular check-ins calls and quarterly meetings. Function as the strategic point of contact for clients.
  • Generate new opportunities for Account Executives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
