How does an Online Virtual Assistant typically coordinate and communicate with clients and team members?

Online Virtual Assistants usually rely on a combination of email, instant messaging platforms (like Slack or Microsoft Teams), and video conferencing tools (such as Zoom or Google Meet) to coordinate with clients and colleagues.
