Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a prompt & courteous manner
  • Perform routine oil changes, lubrications, express inspections & filter changes as outlines on service ticket with efficiently/accuracy in accordance with dealership standards
  • Perform 27 point inspection on used vehicles & pre-delivery inspection on new stock units
  • Fill out follow up sticker & adhere to windshield
  • Maintain a clean work area & ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean
  • Document & quality check work performed
  • Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
  • Understand & follow federal/state/local regulations
Qualifications
  • Six-months to one-year related technical training or experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Ability to read, analyze & interpret technical procedures
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence & procedure manuals
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25lbs
  • Basic mathematical skills & reasoning ability
  • Customer service, computer & organizational skills
  • Current, valid driver's license & satisfactory MVR
