As an online surveyor, you use the internet to perform surveys and collect data from people to gain knowledge and insight concerning a specific subject, trend, or business. Your responsibilities include questionnaire writing and conducting background research to know which question-and-answer combinations lead to useful data and which might be confusing or misleading. You also review past studies to assess the usefulness of the collected data and the appropriateness of the sample size. Depending on your position and the size of the survey, you may have supervisory duties.
