Company Description
At eLuma, we are passionately dedicated to improving the lives of the thousands of students we serve and are searching for online Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join us in providing the best online speech therapy services in special education. Job Description
  • Prepare for and provide speech therapy sessions to students.
  • Write progress reports as required by school.
  • Conduct assessments with students and compile assessment reports.
  • Complete all required documentation in school's system and in eLuma's secure portal.
  • Work within the total hours budgeted for the position (typically 80% direct therapy and 20% indirect as a percentage of total time.)
  • Achieve billable hours target as set by supervisor.
  • Prepare for and attend IEP meetings.
  • Cover Extended School Year (ESY) services on your caseload.
  • Complete all other tasks related to therapy (i.e. scheduling, session prep, data collection)
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Qualifications
Required
Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology
Strong technical skill & basic computer knowledge.
Active or in-process state license in the state(s) you are assigned as well as where you live.
ASHA CCC
Entry-level and above
Preferred
Teletherapy experience.
Two or more years' experience working in schools.
