Online sales refer to the process of selling products or services over the internet through digital platforms such as e-commerce websites, social media, and online marketplaces. Professionals in online sales manage digital storefronts, interact with customers virtually, and utilize tools like online advertising, email marketing, and data analytics to drive sales. This role often involves tasks such as product listing, order processing, customer support, and analyzing sales metrics to improve performance. Online sales have become increasingly important as more consumers choose to shop online for convenience and variety.
