Job description

The Opportunity:

Our Global Reputation Management Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage the firm’s Brand Intelligence Team. As Brand Intelligence Team Leader, this individual works in the office and oversees all day-to-day operations of the team, which include: the monitoring and analysis of the global Fisher Investments brand across media and the firm’s global, organic social media strategy. They are responsible for mentoring, coaching and training the members of the Brand Intelligence Team and work closely with the Vice President of Global Reputation Management and other members of Corporate Communications leadership.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Media monitoring process and elevation oversight
  • Global Social Media strategy
  • Social, Online reputation/SEO and PR reporting oversight and process
  • Proactive reputation asset planning, strategy, and measurement
  • Mentor and train direct reports. Ensure day-to-day business support needs are being met
  • Manages all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
  • Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates to hire
  • Managerial responsibilities including participating in disciplinary actions and/or terminations for direct reports, as appropriate

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of professional social media experience
  • Able to interface with various levels of management
  • Excellent problem solving and judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness

Compensation:

  • $90,000 - $150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
