• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure virtual platforms, adapting methods to suit the individual needs of each client.
• Engage with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and offer ongoing support and guidance throughout their healing journey.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy to address client concerns effectively.
• Regularly maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any pertinent client interactions to ensure continuity of care.

Our clientele comprises individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster rapport and establish a therapeutic relationship with clients remotely.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding demeanor, essential for connecting with clients' lived experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively oversee therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.

While all licensed applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in remote therapy settings or those familiar with online therapeutic tools. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and experience working with underserved populations will also be considered advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for those who meet our criteria.
