• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our online platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to create an accessible and engaging experience.
• Assess client needs thoroughly and develop customized treatment plans that address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics.
• Regularly monitor client progress through documented sessions, adapting the treatment approach as necessary based on individual responses and feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for each client, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
• Collaborate with agnostic mental health professionals when necessary, integrating various treatment perspectives to provide holistic care.
• Continuously uphold the highest ethical standards in your practice, reinforcing our commitment to integrity and client trust.

Your primary focus will be on individual clients and families navigating personal challenges. You will be equipped to handle a diverse client base, addressing issues ranging from marital concerns and family conflict to managing mental health disorders. Your role is critical in fostering resilience and coping strategies as clients work through their unique circumstances.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required to ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of other mental health professionals.

• Experience providing individual therapy is highly desired, with a demonstrated ability to engage and understand client needs effectively.
• Familiarity with digital tools and online therapy platforms to facilitate smooth remote sessions.
• A proactive approach to professional development and an eagerness to incorporate new evidence-based practices into therapy sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
