  • Take initiative on L&D projects, establish priorities, manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables are completed to a high standard.
  • Partner with HR colleagues on initiatives related to performance management, recruiting, employee development, inclusion, and other organizational priorities.
  • Support compliance training programs through Workday Learning in collaboration with HR, Legal, and Communications teams.
  • Help build learning paths and training portfolios to support employee development and career progression.
  • Manage continuing professional education resources for employees with professional certifications.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to junior L&D team members.
  • Bring creative ideas and thought leadership to the organization's overall learning and development strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, e-learning, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering instructor-led training programs.
  • Professional services or consulting industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Learning required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze training data and feedback and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and take initiative without extensive direction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience supporting change management or organizational development initiatives.
  • Previous mentorship, coaching, or leadership experience within an L&D environment strongly preferred.
  • Mature and collaborative approach with the ability to serve as a trusted mentor to junior team members.
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Washington, DC and be able to work onsite at least two days per week, with flexibility for additional onsite days as business needs require.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
