Job description

Drive customer satisfaction by competent and timely execution on a high-quality level of service jobs on site and in the workshop. Positively influence the Accelleron reputation by dedicated and professional approach to the customer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Performs Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.,).

  • Customer Approach: Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintains a good relationship with customers. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.

  • Materials & Supply: Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities.

  • Documentations & Reports: Prepares all documents and reports according to to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.

  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoots simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

  • Operational Excellence: Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.

  • Health, Safety and Integrity: Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents

Your background:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.

  • Sound knowledge in reading technical drawings and measuring instruments, Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Experienced in dealing with customer with different background, handling service jobs with high safety and quality standards.

  • Working in difficult environment (temperature, noise, dirt)

  • Willingness to travel to client locations for on-site support and to work irregular hours as needed.
