• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the client’s progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and enhance patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and quality improvement.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and access community resources.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health to integrate current knowledge into clinical practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients, including individuals facing terminal illnesses and complex mental health issues. Your expertise will support clients in coping with their conditions and enhancing their quality of life. By utilizing solution-based interventions, you will empower clients and their families to make informed decisions during difficult times.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge in social work practices.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas, exemplifying your dedication to ethical and competent practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, focusing on psychotherapy services and outcomes improvement.
• Proven experience with evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, emphasizing solution-focused techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and care.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
