Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your therapeutic approach.
• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness and address evolving concerns.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of sessions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed to provide holistic and comprehensive care for clients, including referrals and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse clientele, which may include individuals facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist in Nevada, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency with technology and comfortability in conducting remote therapy sessions, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement and rapport-building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
