Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end‑to‑end production process for live webcasts, ensuring flawless execution from planning to delivery for high‑profile rocket launches, both New Shepard and New Glenn. Preproduction planning for upcoming shows, live production during the show, and post‑production team recaps.

  • Produce the live‑on‑set show, using comms systems to direct hosts with a stream of real‑time information from Mission Control and enable them to improvise talking points per our PR standards.
  • Verify technical readiness, holding technologists accountable for delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions (e.g., 30+ camera feeds across multiple locations, seamless signal transmissions, telemetry software operations, etc).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all webcast stakeholders—executives, creative team, and technologists—ensuring alignment and addressing issues in real time.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live broadcasts, making rapid decisions to maintain quality and resolve disruptions under pressure.
  • Ensure executive standards are met, delivering polished, detail‑perfect webcasts that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead end‑to‑end production, including scripting, talent coordination, and technical oversight, preferably for audiences with exacting standards.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience owning complex schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of broadcast technology, such as multi‑camera setups, video encoding, live data integration, and virtual guest platforms (e.g., Zoom), sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate issues, troubleshoot in real time, and deliver polished results that satisfy senior executive scrutiny.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging creative vision with technical execution and managing relationships with hosts, talent, and technologists.
