You will conduct therapy sessions from any location that suits you, utilizing our state-of-the-art online platform to communicate with clients efficiently and securely. Since this role is primarily outpatient-based, you will work with clients who are managing a range of mental health challenges, ensuring each session is tailored to meet their specific needs.

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, focusing on building rapport and trust.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client inputs, ensuring alignment with their mental health goals.
• Monitor client progress thoroughly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes, using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date electronic client records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to offer holistic care, participating in team meetings and case discussions.
• Demonstrate adherence to ethical and legal standards while delivering mental health services, upholding the professionalism and integrity of the practice.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele who are experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a collaborative and empathetic approach, you will empower clients to explore their feelings and thoughts, helping them create actionable steps towards achieving their goals. • A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required as a minimum qualification.
• A valid state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential, which may include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients.
• Comfortable with technology, particularly in conducting remote sessions through digital platforms.
• A self-starter who can work independently while also valuing teamwork and collaboration.

• Previous experience providing individual therapy, particularly in an online setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Expertise in managing high caseloads while maintaining quality of care.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
