Program ManagerThe Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Program Manager for our DMHAS program, located in Chicopee, MA.
Your Role as a Program ManagerThe Program Manager provides clinical, residential, and outreach management training and supervision to staff who work in support services for clients in need of psychiatric services.
Requirements- 3 years of experience in mental health treatment and or human service-related field with a focus on 24‑hour residential treatment
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, or related field with an emphasis on mental health treatment is required
- Master’s degree in a mental health field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes
- Program policy and procedure implementation and oversight of all residential responsibilities.
- Monitoring the operations of the home including compliance with licensing and accrediting organizations program treatment implementation
- Supervision of direct support professionals
- Support staff with training of person‑centered plans
- Oversight of program administrative processesHiring, training, and overall management of the home
