A Snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Maintain client records and enter data accurately in internal systems
  • Track referrals, authorizations, and required documentation
  • Assist with reporting and ensure timely submission of data
  • Support client intake, communication, and family inquiries
  • Collaborate with staff and assist with program operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and at least 6 months of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to learn database systems quickly
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, to drive to meetings and for other business-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
