Job description

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in our 2,800 sq. ft. facility in Kaukauna, WI.


This is a hands-on, solo role perfect for someone who thrives on independence and enjoys managing the entire lifecycle of inventory, from receiving and cataloging to listing products online, packing, and coordinating deliveries. You will serve as the engine of our operations, ensuring products move smoothly from our floor to our customers.


Key Responsibilities


• Inventory Management & E-Commerce Operations


• Receive & Organize: Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming inventory within a 2,800 sq. ft. warehouse space.


• Online Listing: Create, post, and maintain accurate product listings across multiple sales platforms, including Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Whatnot, and other channels.


• Stock Accuracy: Perform regular inventory audits to ensure physical inventory matches active online listings to prevent overselling.


Fulfillment & Logistics


• Small Package Shipping: Pack, label, and process outbound shipments daily via USPS and standard carriers.


• Large Item Delivery Coordination: Coordinate, stage, and handle local delivery/pickup logistics for large equipment and bulk items using company transport.


• Customer Pickup: Assist local buyers with scheduled on-site pickups, providing a professional and helpful experience.


Facility & Safety Maintenance


• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe working environment.


• Optimize warehouse storage layout to maximize space efficiency and workflow speed.


Schedule & Working Hours


• Status: Full-time


• Shift: Monday through Friday (Standard day shift)


• Saturdays: Occasional half-Saturdays based on operational needs and inventory intake (not every weekend).


Qualifications & Skills


• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, order fulfillment, or online re-selling (eBay, Whatnot, FB Marketplace) is highly preferred.


• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps, e-commerce listing platforms, and shipping software.


• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently without constant supervision, manage time effectively, and prioritize daily task flow.


• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs is preferred (assistance/equipment available for heavier items).


• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable.


Compensation & Benefits


• Pay Range: $600.00–$1,000.00 per week (commensurate with experience and efficiency)
