Fulfillment Team Member - Picking / Packing / Check Pack

Silver Star Brands | Oshkosh, WI | 1st Shift | 6 or 8 am start! Part Time

Part Time Monday - Friday โ€“ Onsite

You tell us when you can work.

Very flexible schedule. You tell us when you can work. You can choose the hours you want and the days you want to work. Available time would be from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING One of the following:

  • Picking: In assigned work area of the fulfillment warehouse, picking and packing item(s) quickly and accurately into totes and returning totes to conveyor
  • Check / Packing: Verify that items in tote conform to customer order accurately as noted on work ticket and packaging order before it leaves fulfillment warehouse
  • Support Functions: Fill in as needed in picking / packing / bagging / packaging areas for fast paced support of team members throughout the fulfillment warehouse
  • In addition to primary functions, seasonal team members (1st shift) may be crossed trained in one or more of the following tasks:
    • Producing work orders
    • Material handling
    • Truck loading
    • Manifesting
    • Moving / arranging totes and /or boxes
    • Support functions will require standing, lifting, pulling, grasping, and walking
  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English
  • High School Diploma / GED preferred
  • Requires extended periods of standing and moving at a fast pace
  • Requires physical manipulation of merchandise / materials by walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Requires ability to lift 5 to 15 pounds regularly throughout the day, with ability to lift heavier weight (up to 50 pounds) periodically
  • Must have communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and some computer skills
  • Must be available to work during scheduled shifts (mornings or afternoons / evenings)
